Shannon Fitzgerald is the owner and principal consultant at Briar Solutions, which was established in 2013. Shannon spent the first decade of her career in a variety of leadership roles within General Electric (GE) Capital, developing broad and deep skillsets in complex process development, operations management, continuous improvement, and customer service.
In 2008, she pivoted from private sector work into the public sector, where she focused her efforts on operational process improvement and change management in the public education space.
Shannon's strong background in process analysis and improvement, systems implementation, customer focus, and change management allows her to quickly make a positive impact for her clients, enabling them to achieve their strategic goals without needing to source internally.
